8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to childrenunder 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. Byusing the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you arethe parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minordependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information fromusers less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate theaccount and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data fromour records. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about youronline browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
